• Domestic Shipping

All orders within the United States will have complimentary tracked shipping.

Your order will be shipped out between 1-2 business days. Please allow between 3-5 business days before your order is shipped if your ring requires resizing.

• International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. International service can take up to 2-3 weeks with our chosen carrier of USPS, or 3-5 business days with UPS. If you require expedited international shipping please contact us before placing your order

Please be aware of your country’s import tax limits. All custom duty fees are paid by buyer.

• All items shipped will be insured. In some cases your package could require a signature, so keep your tracking number close by to monitor your delivery to avoid lost/stolen packages!

If for some reason you are not happy with your order you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date for a refund. All items must be unworn in it's original condition. It is the customers responsibility to carefully package and ship the items back to Pariss Jewellery. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages of returned merchandise.

It is important to note resized rings are non refundable, please read our ring sizing policy for more information.

Most rings can be resized and there is a small fee for resizing your ring if you choose to do it with Pariss Jewellery. Please reach out to us via email at parissjewellery@outlook.com or fill out the contact us form.

Rings that are resized are no longer eligible for refunds. If you'd like to have the option to refund your ring, we suggest to order the ring as is and when you receive your order, you can take it to your local jeweler for resizing. This can be an option for you if you think there's a possibility of returning your ring.

Please contact us once you know the size you require. You can find out the size of your finger by going to a local jeweler or measuring your rings at home.

We make our jewelry exclusively from 18 karat gold, therefore there are no requirements to keep your gold from tarnishing. That being said, some gemstones have different natural properties that you should be aware of.
